Jon Witmer; President
Jon lives in Lancaster with his wife and two children, Ethan and Emma. He enjoys canoeing, fishing, and golfing in his spare time. Jon’s favorite quote is “You are not here merely to make a living. You are here in order to enable the world to live more amply, with a greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement. You are here to enrich the world, and you impoverish yourself if you forget that errand” by Woodrow Wilson. Jon enjoys hearing from our many ecstatic customers that we have exceeded their expectations. Jon thinks the best reason to work at Re-Bath is “the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of people who are focused on delivering the ultimate customer experience.”
Mark Clapper; Vice President
Mark lives in Lancaster, and enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys hunting, fishing, playing golf, soccer, and basketball, and is the President of the CV Youth Soccer Club. An interesting fact about Mark is that he served in the 82nd Airborne Division. His favorite quote is “If you want to build a ship, don't drum up people to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea” by Antoine de Saint Exupéry. Mark’s most fun experience at Re-Bath is getting back comment cards and reading about the great experiences customers have had with the company. Mark thinks the best reason to work at Re-Bath is because “We have the best people, and nothing is more satisfying than working hard with great people.”
Jillian Tice; Marketing/Sales Coordinator
Jillian lives in Quarryville, and enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, and traveling. One of her favorite moments was graduating from Elizabethtown College, and when she lived in Greece. Jillian enjoys working at Re-Bath because “everyone working here cares about each other and I get to meet new people every day!” Jillian’s favorite quote is “Life is what happens when you are busy making other plans.”
Kelly Slein; Office Assistant
Kelly is lives Lancaster, and enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her friends and family. Her favorite quote is “To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest compliment” by Ralph Waldo Emerson. Kelly enjoys working at Re-bath because everyone is friendly and works together well to get things accomplished.
Kevin Russo; Service Manager
Kevin is from Colonia, NJ, but now lives in Lancaster with his family. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, playing drums for ministry, and exercising. Some of Kevin’s favorite moments include playing the drums on main stage at the Creation Festival, and meeting President Bush. Kevin’s favorite quote is "Unless you try to do something beyond what you have already mastered, you will never grow.” He lists Team Building Day as his most fun experience at Re-Bath. Kevin feels the best reason to work at Re-Bath is because of our business model, the great team that works here, and the way we take care of our customers.
SALES/DESIGN
Dave Barnes; Sales/Design Consultant
Dave was born in Williamsport, PA, but grew up in and lives in Lancaster. Dave enjoys spending time with his family, and playing or watching sports. Dave’s favorite moments include the birth of his two sons, his wedding day, buying his first house, receiving the top weightlifter award at world championships, and graduating from high school and college. His favorite quote is “It's never too late to be what you might have been, “by George Eliot. Dave’s favorite Re-Bath moments are when he got to go to Arizona to start his Re-Bath journey, and meeting with people from all over Central Pennsylvania. He enjoys working at Re-Bath because “This company is a great company to work for. The employees are great and we are out to provide a great service to everyone.”
Brian Myers; Sales/Design Consultant
Brian lives in Willow Street, and enjoys spending time with his family. Brian, who first started as a craftsman, lists installing Re-Bath systems as some of his most fun memories at Re-Bath. Brian’s favorite quote is “The only thing to fear is fear itself.” Brian enjoys playing games and playing the guitar in his spare time. Brian thinks the best reason to work at Re-Bath is the people.
Don Hargest; Sales/Design Consultant
Don lives in the Glen Rock area with his wife, Brenda, and has two grown sons, Brett and Derek. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and teaching his grandson, Drew, to play ball. Don enjoys all sports, especially soccer, lacrosse and golf, and played softball for his church team into his fifties. His favorite quote has remained Yogi Berra's "It ain't over til' it's over". He enjoys working at Re-Bath because of the exceptional people and team atmosphere.
Michael Boos; Sales/Design Consultant
Mike grew up in Lancaster County. He currently lives in Quarryville with his wife and son. Mike’s favorite moments were getting married and the birth of his son. He enjoys hunting, and spending time with his friends and family. Mike enjoys working at Re-Bath because he gets to help and meet new people every day. Mike’s favorite quote is “An eye for an eye only ends up making the whole world blind” by MK Ghandi.

Brenton Ebersole; Installation Manager
Brenton lives in Lancaster, and enjoys fishing, hiking, and skiing in his spare time. Brenton’s favorite moments are the birth of his 2 girls, and anytime he’s able to be around family and friends. His favorite quote is “Ain’t nothing to it, but to do it.” Brenton enjoys Team Building Days at Re-Bath when we can all encourage each other. Brenton’s favorite reason for working at Re-Bath is the people.
Tom Bailey; Senior Craftsman
Tom was born in Brazil, and now lives in Lancaster with his wife and children. He enjoys hanging out with friends and playing board games. Tom’s favorite moments are when he got married, and the birth of his 3 kids. Tom says he enjoys working at Re-Bath because it is a quality company.
Keith Buchanan; Senior Craftsman
Keith grew up in Gap, but now lives in Lampeter. He enjoys playing sports, poker, and video games in his spare time. Keith’s favorite quote is “All gave some, some gave all!” His favorite moment was the birth of his son. Keith enjoys working at Re-Bath because of the customer’s reaction after the job is done. He also likes the great people that work here.
Jared Brooks; Senior Craftsman
Jared lives in Mount Joy with his wife and son. One of Jared’s favorite moments was getting married, and he enjoys spending time with his family. His favorite quote is “Nothing but custom work.” Jared enjoys seeing customer’s faces after he has installed their Re-Bath system. Jared likes working at Re-Bath because it is a “quality company.”
Myron Good; Craftsman
Myron lives in Bird-In-Hand. He enjoys camping and snowmobiling in his spare time. Some of his favorite memories are from watching his children grow up. Myron lists “the people” as his favorite reason to work at Re-Bath. His favorite quote is “Your reputation is like fine china, easily broken and hard to mend” by Benjamin Franklin.
Josh Fetterhoff; Craftsman
Josh grew up in Lancaster County, and currently lives Columbia. Josh is a proud graduate of Manheim Township and Thaddeus Stevens. In his free time, Josh enjoys playing bass guitar, hiking, and going for roadtrips. He enjoys working for Re-Bath because he gets to meet new people every day. As Josh says, “I wish I could Re-Bath everyday!”
